Project Overview

Yoti is a company specializing in digital identity and biometric technology on a global scale. Yoti teamed up with Tareenity in providing a digital Identification App to verify identities through a digital ID app and business solutions that cover identity verification, age estimation, eSignatures and authentication. The free Yoti app empowers customers with a digital ID that they can be used to verify their identity, age or other details about themselves to your business, remotely or in person.

• Verifying documents to be correctly displayed, scanned and uploaded on the basis of the selected country was another big challenge for us to be tested as Yoti app allowed different documents to be scanned and uploaded for different countries.

• Compatibility testing across multiple platforms and devices required us to conduct extensive testing on various devices, operating systems, and screen sizes to ensure consistent functionality and usability.

• Ensuring privacy and data security was a challenge as we needed to test the implemented security measures, including data encryption, secure data storage, and compliance with privacy regulations.

• Validating third-party integrations posed a challenge as we needed to test the integration points with third-party services and platforms to ensure smooth data exchange, consistent functionality, and accurate information transfer.

• Conducting usability and user experience testing was a challenge as we focused on ensuring that the application was easy to navigate, understand, and interact with, even for users with minimal technical expertise.

• Ensuring regulatory compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and industry-specific standards required us to thoroughly test the application for proper handling of user data.

Solution & Strategy
